Our gluten free pasta took almost 3 years to develop to get the best possible taste.
It is made just with corn flour rice flour and water, nothing else is added. Apart from the ingredients it is treated in the exact same way as our traditional pasta, being Bronze Drawn and Slow Dried. This means it doesn’t break apart or stick together like other gluten free pasta. We believe our gluten free pasta to be the best on the market and has been awarded multiple Great Taste Awards. The taste, texture and colour stand out in a class of its own.

I’ve been coeliac for years but as a retired chef I adapted recipes easily, the only problems are in making fresh pasta and since discovering Tenuta Marmorelle I don’t bother making my own! This goes for all their pasta, faultless.... and non coeliacs don’t even realise but just ask for more!! If I were young again ( I wish) I’d open a coeliac bistro and use it with confidence.
My husband is gluten free and everything we try ready made is like cardboard. This pasta is no different to ordinary pasta, in fact it's better. Just takes a little longer to cook.

I found this pasta in a local shop but after they stopped stocking it I resorted to ordering direct from the Tenuta Marmorelle website. It is by far the best gluten free pasta and there a lots of other yummy things to buy on their website. I highly recommend.
Your pasta was lovely
I do not feel it was right to charge me 6 pounds to send two small packs of pasta to me.
The pasta was 6 pounds per pack for two packs and the postage was also 6 pounds
The cost of the postage is too prohibiting for me to continue to order more of your product.
Why do you charge this amount ? It does not cost 6 pounds to send a parcel of this size.
