Our Cannelloni is Bronze Drawn so it has a great texture which really holds the sauce well. It is also slow dried over 48 hours to mimic the traditional way of drying pasta under the Italian sun.
The Cannelloni should be parboiled and then filled, covered with sauce finished in the oven.
