Our Gluten-Free Lasagna should be prepared by being parboiled for 5 minutes and then it is ready to be placed in layers into a baking tray and finished in the oven.

Our gluten-free pasta took almost 3 years to develop to get the best possible taste.

It is made just with cornflour rice flour and water, nothing else is added. Apart from the ingredients, it is treated in the exact same way as our traditional pasta, being Bronze Drawn and Slow Dried. This means it doesn’t break apart or stick together like other gluten-free pasta. We believe our gluten-free pasta to be the best on the market -the taste, texture and colour stand out in a class of its own. Our GF pasta has been awarded multiple Great Taste Awards - the GF Lasagna Sheets won a 1 Star Great Taste Award in 2015

Delicious GF pasta. Partner is coeliac so we have tried a few and rate this the best. Hard to tell difference !!

Exceptional gluten-free pasta

For many years, pasta has been largely off limits to us as we find gluten difficult to process. But a chance encounter with Tenuta Marmorelle pasta in a supermarket while on holiday introduced us to a variety of pasta which we could eat and which was indistinguishable from commonly available pasta. So for the first time in many years we are able to prepare lasagne. Joy!

Service was also excellent too as something I ordered was not available and a prompt phone call supplied an alternative, followed by next-day delivery.

Constructive critcism

Could you add the nutritional alums to the ads please.
I’m eating a ketogenic diet and there is no indication of Carb content.

Our Gluten Free Pasta is the best on the market and made with only 3 ingredients - corn flour, rice flour and water. It is then bronze drawn and slow dried so is treated in the same way as 'regular' high quality pasta.
Great that you enjoyed the Lasagna, you'll have to try the other 11 shapes we have ;-)
