Chargrilled Courgettes. Grown in Puglia Southern Italy and prepared in a very traditional way. The courgettes are chargrilled within 6 hours of being picked to maintain their delicious flavour.
Perfect addition to our summer dining at home! Good quality produce with a wonderful charcoal flavour too!
